A track record that began at a time of change and is driven to lead it.
JPL Ingeniería y Consultoría was founded in 2013, when improving competitiveness became an evident necessity. Since then, we have worked on projects in automotive, logistics, food manufacturing, industry and retail.
We have defined costs and cost sheets, reorganised warehouses, implemented ERP, WMS, BI, SCADA, OEE and corporate productivity systems, and supported Kaizen projects across a wide range of operations.
Today, that experience is reflected in our own methodology for defining operating models, indicators and information systems, as well as tools such as ACTIONER that sustain execution.
